Windows palette
You can use the Windows palette to manage the document windows of your project.
It allows you to see which window is front-most, and which ones are hidden. Double clicking an window icon will bring that window to the front.
Furthermore you can drag the window icons to the Finder to create a class file of that window. Or you may drag it to the project or global palette to store it for reuse.
If you want to reuse a previously created window class, just drag it to this window from one of the object palettes or from the Finder, if it is a class file.
Even duplicating a window is as easy as command-dragging its icon within the windows palette. During that operation the mouse pointer will change to a Finder-style arrow with a plus sign indicating the possible operation.
