BasaOne supports the PNG file format, which implements the ability to add different levels of transparency to images. This allows creating more appealing appearances of your applications as the images may include shadows or be non-rectangular and still blending correctly against the corresponding background.The following image shows the difference of using the same image with and without transparency using two images used by Apple in the implementation of some Dashboard widgets and two buttons.
 Additionally BasaOne has implemented a "transparency" property for the BUTTON, IMAGE, POPUP, BOX and INPUT classes.
