The Error window shows all the errors (and alerts if you choose so) of the application. It gets updated instantly when an error is found while you are typing. You don't have to wait until compiling to find the errors of the application!.
Click on an error message and the script, event or SQL query will be shown in the Script editor highlighting the code that contains the error. Just correct it and it will disappear from the error window!.
